Guidelines for Patients

1. All the patients have to make the OPD ticket in main block of OPD in room no. 1 from 08.00 AM to 01.00 PM.
2. After making the OPD ticket patient has to register themselves to the OPD according to their sickness.
3.  To avoid over crowding please don’t bring more than one attendant.
4. Please bring brief summary of previous treatment along with investigation reports
5. You can get trolley and wheel chair for shifting the patient from the staff present.
6. Admission tickets are made from room no 1 up to 01.00 PM after that it can be made from emergency wing.
7. Cash deposition for various investigations is done in room no 1 
8. In case of any problem please contact OPD management cell in room no 1.
